    This novel is low-key what I expect from all martial arts novels. The pacing is fire. The time skips make sense. His power is not shoved down his throat. He earns it overtime. It’s a good read

    40% in, that's it, I'll gotta take a break. This novel is not satisfying to read for me right now, I'm getting more and more negative about it too, and I don't want to deal with that. I just need something more thought through and more character development right now, not this ad hoc this and let's do that forced plot which is all over the place. I prolly come back laters when I feel I can get into the vibe of the novel. Suggestions from fellow daoists are welcome

        I did, I think the first round of it completed, then he went of studying sword. But then a condition came up for studying sword that was yet another one of this out of nowhere forced plot devices, so I had finally enough of it.

        I’m at the Endwar right now and although the plot isn’t exactly amazing it’s not too bad it’s enough to get you by when you’ve read the more amazing novels out there.

        Bro trust me. I read the synopsis and thought it would just be another novel to pass the time. But boy was I wrong. The novels good and its got some real good twists nd turns. IV read a lot of these cultivation novels but this one was in my top 5 or even top 3. I'm just waiting for it reach 1600 chapters before reading again. I'm already at 1100
