Imagine if Asterion is a vessel of one of the 7 gods maybe even the forbidden god

asterion is the inheritor of the heart god not the dream god , the one who inherited the dream god is sunny since the weaver is the first son of fate , maybe before the gods died they used people with divine lineages as avatars so the sun god would possess an avatar with [the fire] , cool theory none the less also that would mean sunny is susceptible to being invaded by the 7th

It's the year 2028. We're still looking at Jest's memories with his brain rot jokes. Asterion stopped appearing again. Sunny and Nephis f*ck*ng in the ivory tower while Cassie still in the hollows. And the cliffhangers never stopped. G3 just keeps eating kfc while watching people suffer from the cliffhangers

The name “Mordred” (sometimes can be spelled Mordret) comes from Old Welsh, and it means to be to moderated or controlled. With the most recent chapters showing that Anvil is acting weird, one of the Others could be imitating Anvil. Considering the fact that Mordret was given to Asterion as a child by Anvil, it could mean that Anvil doesn’t see Mordret as his own son, possibly because the Other creature that was acting as Anvil made him with Anvil’s wife. Since Asterion took him, I was wondering if Mordret’s name is pointing at that he’s being controlled by Asterion or the Other creature that imitated Anvil. Mordret’s name could also point to what his flaw is.

I think it's more likely that Anvil gave him away because of his flaw, as that would make Mordret more likely to be able to live out his life without Anvil's fate pulling any shenanigans. If we're to believe the account of the Night Temple master at least partially, Mordret was cherished by his clan until he returned from Asterion's custody and became a different person. I don't see why this wouldn't be true, as Anvil would have been able to kill him easily before he awakened. Why would Anvil keep him alive to give him to Asterion, just to try and kill him right after? Makes no sense imo. Edit: I suggest rereading ch.577. I also believe that Anvil's strange state is somehow related to all this, but the account of Welthe paints a really different picture of how things went down, and Anvil not seeing Mordret as his son very likely did not happen until his return.

Anvil not seeing Mordret as his own son is probably untrue, I was just throwing it out there as one of the possibilities. But with how Mordret acted differently after he came back from Asterion, I think my point of him being controlled by something still stands, Anvil could just not have realized it. Also giving Anvil giving Mordret away because of his Flaw is a good reason and I agree that it could be one of the possibilities, but what about Morgan? She was never given away like Mordret was

Why not Morgan? I see two possible reasons. One, Asterion's interest in Mordret simply presented a good opportunity at the time. And two, Anvil might have geniunely cared about Mordret, seeing as he was his firstborn son, and might have felt himself forced to do something like that in order to keep him safe. Another sad truth may be that Anvil simply never cared for Morgan beyond her use to the clan, and therefore has no need to send her away.

if Anvil summoned the same seed as his father when he summoned the 3rd nightmare, then he should have been a saint right away, not a master. Take Effie's son for example. Little Ling is a saint after he emerged from the nightmare because the spell recognized him as a the challenger. And then there's Nephis who couse the seed as a sleeper and woke up as a master

Not necessarily. Completing the Nightmare would typically only bring someone up to the next rank. Ling and Nephis are the outliers, uniquely affected due to their circumstances. Daeron had millions of people from his domain enter the NM. That included Awakened, Ascended, and Transcendent all challenging the same NM. Edit: I changed my mind after going back an reading some things. Completing a Category 2,3,4 seed would prob rank you up to Master, Saint, Sovereign respectively. So I guess Anvil and Co will come back as Saints?

Didn't Daeron and his people entered the real Pyramid and not the nightmare one?

Daeron and a few exceptional Saints entered the pyramid physically to leave in imprint in the NM, but there were still that 13,700,070 other challengers. Those being the people Daeron ruled over and the reason he imprinted himself in the Tomb of Ariel; To help his people complete the NM.

" And someplace else... A gaunt man was sitting in the dust, wearing a tattered spacesuit. The visor of his helmet was cracked, and the oxygen in the tank attached to his back had long run out. Nevertheless, the gaunt man was somehow still alive. He had been motionless for a while, but now, he finally moved. Rising his head, he looked at a beautiful blue disk floating in the great darkness above him. His cracked lips twisted into a smile. "How curious." That was what he wanted to say... But, of course, no sound escaped from his lips, since there was no air to transmit it. The man tried to sigh, but failed for the same reason. He shook his head in dejection and moved his lips again. If someone was there to read them, they would have read: "...It's starting." " G3 got me re-reading all Asterion moments. I need more of him. To quote SpongeBob... I NEED ITTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTT.

we have just learned of Anvil's flaw and I wonder if that of Solvane, the immortal war princess from the second nightmare, is not largely fair. [Her flaw was she was cursed with beguiling beauty and being with her slowly drives people mad with longing and lust. The more someone spends time with her, the more they want to possess her, eventually giving in to irresistible desire.] With her flaw, it means that at a certain level, people will want to rape her with or without her consent
