P.S: When I started this book I had zero writing experience, so the first chapters aren't that great, although, my writing quality has improved over time. Also, English isn't my first language, so there are some instances where my choice of words are not good enough for what I'm trying to portray. A heads up, the book will be using a medieval setting. My world building is not the best, but it gets better over time, so bear with me on the early chapters!

    I am at chapter 89 and I feel like the mc battle power is too low.Yeah I know his cultivation speed is pretty fast compare to other people but he can only fight like one level above his.Even though I have no problem with other thing,the mc's low combat power is really bothering me.I would like to know if he improve his combat power or it stay like that for the whole novel

        Ok then,I will continue reading it.I was afraid that the mc's combat power would stay like that for the rest of the story.I mean he isn't really weak if he is the side character but as a mc I find his combat ability underwhelming.

        His array of combat techniques grow as he develops to the point where he can adapt to most situations. His raw power obviously can’t be too high but his ability to absorb various techniques is on a whole other level

    I feel like reading this, seems interesting, I also like everything related to chaos so yeah.. We need to support upcoming authors and I feel like this novel deserves more recognition.

        Klaus Alice and reynolds but mostly I just don’t like Klaus something about how he’s written just annoys me don’t really know why

        1. Spoiler warning 2. Yes they do, they are the mc travel companions. K was written to be perceived that way but they do get better over time. I can’t stress this enough, it a progressive novel. The characters develop over time

      He goes to The Aurora Continent for the first time in ch467, returns to The Azure Continent in ch570, and goes back to The Aurora Continent in ch658.

    Im on chapter 50, does the structure of it get any better? The grammer is bad and it's like reading a bunch of statements instead of a story.

      Personally I’d say it gets better. It’s been a long time since I read the early chapters but once you get over some of the earlier chapters, the story maintains quite a nice pace and the grammar gets better… I think.

        The trial lands is a bit boring. The story progresses better at chapter 288 and again at chapter 466. The writer does develop the plot abnormally slow compared to other writers but overall, the plot does feel better for me compared to the rapid actions ones as it is more realistic for battles to take longer, especially ones with equal opponents I made a post lower in the comments section which explains pretty much all the major checkpoints of the story. It is hidden under spoilers but doesn’t explain a whole lot in itself. It’s easy to recognise since it looks like a list instead of a paragraph

      Close to no romance. Main protagonist no romance whatsoever for reasons he will cover later in the story. One of the mc companions does find romance later in the story but very glossed over and not gone into detail.

      Definitely worth the time. As mentioned in the summary, the story gets progressively better. For a change, the companions of the protagonist is able to somewhat keep up in terms of strength and the power system used is quite unique in my opinion. Lots of creativity and comedy inside as well.

    Do Klaus and Alice get together? I noticed there was this weird way Alice reacted to Klaus after he took her out on a date round the city.

      They don't get together. Alice probably reacted that way for 3 reasons. 1. She’s a young girl in her adolescence who has known nothing but fighting. This would be a new experience so she is probably a bit nervous. 2. Klaus is mentioned constantly to be the one of the best looking males, second to only Grey so any girl would probably be flustered by being asked out on a date. 3. It was very sudden so probably a bit surprised?

        So Alice doesn't have anyone in mind? Thought it would be Klaus cause after he got beat up in the competition, when Alice faced his opponent she went beserk. But it's probably better this way, now I just hope Alice gets together with Grey 😸

        Current chapter romance spoilers: . . . . . . . . . Klaus is married (we have only seen her twice I believe), Alice currently has a boyfriend (has not been introduced, and we’ve never seen them) but she still has someone. And the whole group see’s Alice more as a sister than anything, so nothing will happen between any of them. Reynolds is living the life of a bachelor, and Grey is still refusing to find love…

        Alice went berserker because the group is very close, especially after all the experiences they go through. This is also true the other ways round with each of the members. If one is in trouble, they will all go berserker

        Dude, a 'no harem tag' doesn't mean a novel doesn't have romance. Probably means the mc or other relevant characters don't have a harem and settle for a single girl... probably
